The Russian bathing ritual Banja has an invigorating effect on the skin, regenerates muscles and strengthens the immune system. During the alternating sauna bath, cool down in the Zuba and further sauna phase — whereby the body is lightly flogged with birch twigs — you will at all times be accompanied by Banik – the Banja master. VITAL ALKALINE GUIDED SAUNA SESSION
