Secure Holidays with the Lindenwirt Travel Cancellation Insurance

It would be unfortunate should something come in-between, but these things do happen. When booking, kindly note that a cancellation up to 4 weeks before your arrival date is free of charge. For cancellations after that date, as well as for delayed arrival, or early departure, we will charge 60% of the booked arrangement.

If you have closed a travel cancellation insurance, then you are covered come what may. In order to do this, please transfer

10 € per adult for up to five nights, or
2 € per adult per day starting as of 6 nights

to the Hotel Lindenwirt bank account, Sparkasse Regen: account number 240 130 195; bank code number 741 514 50. For children, the closing of an insurance is not necessary.

The travel cancellation insurance comes into effect in the event of:

• Sudden, severe illness, or severe health conditions resulting from an accident or the death of the guest or his/her spouse, partner, parents, parents-in-law, children, siblings, grandparents, or grandchildren.
• Severe property damage or theft at the guest’s home residence which absolutely necessitates the guest’s presence.

Important: In the event of a claim, a copy of an official letter of acknowledgement is always required (e.g. an official affirmation, medical certificate, etc.).
